The modern web-based philosophy (.NET Technology) allows easy recording, sharing and location-independent delivery of documents and information by freely definable attributes.

All [accantum] users in charge receive secured authorization to access centrally presented documents according to the respective entitlement. Multi-level security mechanisms and individually definable access rights allow a purposeful steering of documents within your company and – if required - furthermore.

An efficient and process-oriented handling of documents is of particular importance for optimization of business processes and cost reduction. The integrated full-text search facilitates the automized handling of documents as e.g. incoming post or mail. Additional modules enable the validation of documents (third-party systems) and workflow (release of invoices).
